Three Generations of Flavor

Rooster Shack is built on more than just great food it’s built on generations of passion, skill, and dedication to flavour. With three generations of chefs behind what we do, our approach combines experience, tradition, and a fresh, modern vision.

At the centre of it all is our founder, Imran, whose vision was to create a place where quality comes first and flavour speaks for itself. Inspired by the knowledge passed down through his family especially from his dad, our original “sauce master”.

Using only the best ingredients, we’ve created a menu that everyone can enjoy. From bold, signature flavours to crowd favourites, every dish is made with care, consistency, and attention to detail. It’s food that respects where we’ve come from, while being made for today.

The Food

At Rooster Shack, we're obsessed with doing things properly.

Piri Piri comes first. We make it in-house - key ingredients, crushed bird's eye chillies, and 7 flavour and heat levels. Our chicken's marinated for 24 hours, steamed, then flame-grilled for that proper kick.

Our commitment continues with our famous burgers - made from fresh, hand-pressed beef - and our Fresh wings, served crispy or grilled to perfection. Even our shakes are elevated, made fresh using real ice cream, never artificial mixes.

The Food
"Going out with your best mates every weekend for some food and you all fancy something different! We’ve all been there, right? Well, that’s my story. One of your friends wants some flame grilled chicken, the other wants a flame grilled beef burger and there’s always one that wants just a milkshake! We always ended up going to different restaurants through the night, which was great but kind of exhausting. That’s when it clicked, why not bring all of those great tasting flavours under one roof, not just mediocre flavours but the very best flavours. So here I was, leaving my corporate job behind me and doing what we love most, to serve the very best Piri-Piri, Flame Grilled Beef Burgers, Wings, Southern Fried and Milkshakes"
