Loyalty Card Terms

1. Eligibility

The Rooster Shack loyalty card is available to customers who make a minimum purchase of £7 in a single transaction.

2. Stamp Collection

Customers will earn 1 stamp per day for each loyalty card held, provided they meet the minimum spend requirement.

3. Rewards Structure

• Upon collecting the first 5 stamps, customers are eligible to claim a reward from a selected list of items.
• Once customers have collected an additional 5 stamps (a total of 10 stamps), they can claim a second reward from another specified list of items.

4. Reward Limitations

• Only the selected items listed for rewards can be claimed.
• Rewards cannot be applied to bundles or deals, and there is no cash equivalent for rewards.

5. Card Limitations

• Only one loyalty card can be redeemed per customer per day.
• Customers are not permitted to present multiple completed loyalty cards on the same day to claim rewards.

6. General Conditions

Rooster Shack reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participation in the loyalty program signifies acceptance of these terms.
